Abstrakt<\/h2>
Hintergrund und Ziel<\/div>

Die Verwirklichung wertbasierter Gesundheitsversorgungsmodelle (VBHC) k\u00f6nnte den Gesundheitssystemen weltweit bis zu $1 Billionen pro Jahr einsparen und gleichzeitig das Wohlbefinden und die Erfahrung der Patienten verbessern. Allerdings sind seine Einf\u00fchrung und Entwicklung eine Herausforderung. Diese \u00dcbersicht soll einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die aktuelle Literatur zur Implementierung von VBHC-Modellen in der Kardiologie geben, mit Schwerpunkt auf der kardialen Elektrophysiologie.<\/p><\/div>

Materialen und Methoden<\/b><\/div>

Diese Scoping-\u00dcberpr\u00fcfung wurde gem\u00e4\u00df den bevorzugten Berichtselementen f\u00fcr systematische \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen und der Metaanalyse f\u00fcr Scoping-\u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen durchgef\u00fchrt. Bei den in dieser Ver\u00f6ffentlichung enthaltenen Aufzeichnungen handelte es sich um relevante Dokumente, die in ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurden\u00a0PubMed<\/em>,\u00a0Mendeley<\/em>\u00a0Und\u00a0ScienceDirect<\/em>. Als Suchkriterien dienten Publikationen zu VBHC im Bereich Kardiologie und Elektrophysiologie, die zwischen 2006 und 2023 ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurden.<\/p><\/div>

Ergebnisse<\/b><\/div>

Die Implementierung von VBHC-Modellen in der Kardiologie und Elektrophysiologie steckt noch in den Kinderschuhen. Es besteht eindeutig die Notwendigkeit, die aktuelle Organisationsstruktur zu \u00e4ndern, um funktions\u00fcbergreifende Teams einzurichten, bei denen der Patient im Mittelpunkt steht. Die Einf\u00fchrung neuer Erstattungssysteme ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, um diesen Prozess voranzutreiben. Herausforderungen f\u00fcr den Ver\u00e4nderungsprozess stellen unter anderem die Implementierung von Technologien zur Datenanalyse und zum Patientenmanagement dar.<\/p><\/div>

Abschluss<\/b><\/div>

Neue VBHC-Modelle haben das Potenzial, den Pflegeprozess und das Patientenerlebnis zu verbessern und gleichzeitig die Kosten zu optimieren. Die Umsetzung dieses Modells war vor allem deshalb unzureichend, weil es erhebliche \u00c4nderungen in den bestehenden Infrastrukturen und der lokalen Organisation erfordert, unter anderem die Einhaltung von Leitlinien \u00fcberwachen und die Verbesserung der Lebensqualit\u00e4t und Patientenzufriedenheit bewerten muss.<\/p><\/div><\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Abstrakt<\/h2>
Background and Objective:<\/b>\u00a0Innovation is a key enabler of patient-centered care in cardiology, with new medical devices and digital health technologies offering the potential to improve outcomes and efficiency. However, the evaluation of these innovations poses challenges for clinicians, regulators, and procurement stakeholders, particularly within the complex European healthcare landscape. This review aims to explore the current state of health technology assessment (HTA) for cardiology-related medical devices in Europe, offering a clinical perspective.<\/div>
\u00a0Material and Methods:<\/b>\u00a0Three independent scoping reviews were conducted following the PRISMA-ScR guidelines. Keywords included \u201cinnovation\u201d, \u201chealth technology assessment\u201d, and \u201ccardiology\u201d. The search was supplemented by the relevant literature on European HTA policies, regulatory directives, and emerging technologies.\u00a0<\/div>
Results:<\/b>\u00a0The review identified three central themes: (1) the evolving role of clinicians in HTA processes, (2) the integration of innovative technologies such as digital tools and artificial intelligence within HTA frameworks, and (3) the considerable variation in HTA practices and policies across EU member states.\u00a0<\/div>
Conclusions:<\/b>\u00a0HTA in Europe is undergoing a transformation, with increasing emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration and frameworks that support innovation.
